Our service

We are not lawyers and we do not give legal advice. We operate an introductory service which aims to introduce you to solicitors on our panel who (i) in relation to personal injury, accident or medical negligence claims contribute to our marketing costs and pay us a fee for our services, or (ii) in relation to other matters, pay us a share of the fees they charge.

Any resulting contract that you enter into for legal services will be with one of our panel solicitors and we will not be a party to it. We therefore do not accept any responsibility or related liability for any advice given to you or other work carried out on your behalf, by our panel solicitors, or any other solicitor that you chose to appoint.

You are under no obligation to instruct one of our panel solicitors.

If you win your personal injury, accident, or medical negligence claim, you are likely to be required to make a contribution to your legal costs and expenses.

For all other legal services;

We operate the Site which has been established to facilitate introductions between You and panel solicitors for the provision of a wide range of legal services.

You will be able to search the Site to find potential panel solicitors and the Site algorithms will help identify panel solicitors who may be able to meet Your legal needs based on the criteria you submit via this Site. This is provided to You at no cost.

To use this service, you will be required to accept these Terms and Conditions following the instructions on the Site.

Our Site will provide you with details of panel solicitors who may be able to meet your legal needs. A maximum of five panel solicitors will be presented to You on Our Site, you will be requested to shortlist a minimum of three panel solicitors and provide your personal contact information. Those three panel solicitors that you choose to shortlist will contact you directly and you can opt to contact them directly yourself. Where we cannot identify any panel solicitors who may be able to fulfil the criteria you submitted, you will be notified that this is the case.

We cannot in any way endorse or confirm that the panel solicitor presented to You are able to fulfil your specific requirements and it will be your sole responsibility to engage with the panel solicitors to establish whether they can meet your requirements prior to you entering into any agreement for services with them. If you do engage a panel solicitor to provide the Services, you will become a customer of the panel solicitor and will enter into an agreement directly with them. For the avoidance of doubt, the services are provided to you by the panel solicitor and not by Us, We therefore do not accept any responsibility or related liability for any advice given to you or work carried out on Your behalf by a panel solicitor or any other solicitor You may choose to appoint.

You will be responsible for your legal costs and expenses and for negotiating the terms for any work that any solicitor you may instruct undertake on Your behalf.
