Miss Mills Injured in Road Traffic Accident

Miss Mills was injured in a road traffic accident, leaving her shocked and in a great deal of pain.

The impact of the injury meant that she had to take some time off work to manage her injuries. She told us that she has been left unable to play tennis after the accident. She was also left with fears about being a passenger in a vehicle, meaning she can no longer use taxis as a method of transportation.

Looking for some help, Miss Mills found First4Lawyers online. When she contacted us, her claim was initially assessed by one of our compassionate and understanding claims team members. Our advisor then passed her case on to one of our expert solicitors, who specialise in road traffic accident claims.

Her expert solicitor helped Miss Mills through the claims process, after which she was awarded a significant amount of compensation. The solicitor also took the time to aid her recovery, helping to find the right physiotherapy services.

Miss Mills says she would highly recommend First4Lawyers to friends or family, as our claims advisor was “very patient and attentive” during her conversation with them. She describes her overall experience with First4Lawyers as “informative and professional”.
